Invoice History

The Invoice History section displays all payments made to CourseLayer, allowing users to track and download invoices for accounting and tax purposes.


Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

  • Subscription Type – The plan associated with the payment.
  • Payment Date – When the transaction was processed.
  • Payment Status – Whether the invoice is paid, pending, or failed.
  • Payment Method – The method used for the transaction.
  • Tax Breakdown – Any applicable taxes included in the payment.
  • Total Amount – The final amount charged.

Managing Invoices

  • Filtering – Users can filter invoices by date range and payment status.
  • Downloading Invoices – Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.
  • Access – All team members can view invoices, not just the account owner.
